COPYWRITE & TERMS: Minutiae Creative Co is referred to MinCC. All assets to be ordered must be paid by the client separately. All Advertisement Fees are to be paid by the Client. All Domain Hosting Fees are to be paid by the Client. Any fees that are acquired from the Client direction/ordering are to be paid by the client. (ex. ordering business cards, promotional items, etc.) MinCC is not responsible for delays caused by third parties. If the Client changes the Scope of Work or does not provide the requested material/information in time, MinCC has the right to postpone the due date of the Assignment. MinCC has the right to postpone the delivery date of a project due to vacation or sickness. MinCC will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay of the Client’s project due to circumstances beyond the MinCC’s control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) acts of God, public unrest, power outages, and inability to contact the Client. In the event of such loss, damage, or delay. MinCC declares that they cannot guarantee that completed work will be completely error-free, as such they can’t be liable to the Client or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages, even with prior advisory. MinCC Does not provide active files. To purchase active files please contact us. The client must give MinCC 10 working business days from the submission of any new project, revisions, or edits before receiving any final design/completed task. Clients must maintain a valid payment method on file for automatic monthly charges of the media retainer fee. Project work will halt until payment is received if the card is rejected. If the client agrees to go over the allotted plan hours within one month the client can purchase additional hours via the shop page. Clients agree to let MinCC use projects and other assets for Agency Marketing Ads, Portfolio Work, and Examples. Client agrees they are paying for MinCC designer's TIME it takes to complete the work and NOT the designs themselves. Client agrees to meet AT LEAST 2 times a month via online OR in-person. Client agrees all pricing, copy and any other assets that are required for MinCC to design or edit accordingly MUST be submitted via email, not text. Client agrees that if they must change last minute copy and or designs that it may not be implemented until a 72 hr period. Client agrees MinCC has the right to decline any request they see unfit within the job scope. MinCC will NOT disclose any financial, email, sales, bank information, login or personal information of Client to any third parties. If by any reason the client agrees to cancel their plan MinCC will delete all info and any assets within 1 working week. Client agrees NO REFUNDS will be issued if any work has been completed within the billing period.. If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
