PURCHASE COME WITH ONE FREE REVISION PER ASSET; COLOR, TYPE, IMAGE, AND PLACEMENT.
ADDITIONAL REVISIONS Must be purchased through a Revision Credit via the store page. Once purchased please include the original order number with the revision request.
Please Note One change per credit, you cannot ask to see multiple options under one credit.

You are paying for our designer's time & expertise in designing your custom-tailored design.
Allow up to 14 business days to receive first draft & 7 Days for Revisions
Please allow an extra 5 days around the holiday season.
Process:
1. Fill Out Form.
2. Complete Purchase.
3. Recieve Confirmation Via Email.
4. Our Designers will begin to work on your custom order.
(Please allow 14 business days to receive first draft via email)
5. Receive your unique first draft designs!
6. Respond to the email with any revisions if needed. (Please keep in mind you have one free revision per asset; type, color, image, placement)
7. You will receive your final design designs 7 days after revisions have been submitted
Submitting Info & Assets:
To submit any pre-made logos, additional copy, badges, or assets to be utilized in the design please send attachments to assets@minutiaecreative.co along with your order number in the subject line. Ex (Order######_Assets)
Please include your full name and the best way to reach you in case of any issues assessing the files.
Animation Disclaimer:
There are limits within this budget for animation. You cannot request specific animations or 3D modeling, if our artist feels your request is out of budget you will be contacted to discuss further.
